Customer and Application

In this project, a customer in Ho Chi Minh City selected one Q6016G-LB tube laser cutting machine for its tube processing requirements. The machine was designed for 6m tube processing and equipped with a 160mm chuck and a semi-automatic loading system.

The customer placed particular attention on the machine configuration. The selected system includes Delta servo motors, a BOCHU control system, a BOCHU cutting head, a Dairuike chuck, Taiwan HIWIN guide rails, YYC rack and pinion, Schneider electrical components, and a MOTOVARIO reducer.

This configuration was selected to provide a complete motion, control, clamping, and cutting system rather than relying on a single component to determine machine performance.

Our Solution

The Q6016G-LB was supplied as one complete tube laser cutting system and delivered to the customer’s factory in Ho Chi Minh City. According to the machine drawing, the Q6016G-LB is a semi-automatic loading tube laser cutting machine, with overall dimensions of 10,250 × 2,740 × 2,150 mm. The same dimensions are shown on both the foundation drawing and the 3D layout drawing.

For this project, the machine configuration was matched to the customer’s 6m tube processing requirements. Delta servo motors were used for machine motion, while HIWIN linear guide rails, YYC rack and pinion, and a MOTOVARIO reducer formed part of the transmission system. The BOCHU control system and BOCHU cutting head were also included.

Installation, Training and Customer Feedback

The Q6016G-LB was installed and commissioned at the customer’s factory in Ho Chi Minh City on September 8, 2026. After installation, our technical team completed operational training for the customer’s employees, covering machine operation and the tube cutting workflow.

During the final cutting tests, the customer was satisfied with the cutting results. The customer also specifically recognized the high level of component configuration and expressed satisfaction with the overall machine setup.
