Machining Workshop: This is the foundation of machine integrity. Over 50 high-precision processing equipment, including Large-Format Gantry CNC Milling Machines and CNC Machining Centers, are utilized to fabricate critical components like the machine bed, gantry, and gears. Processes such as stress relief using Annealing Furnaces ensure long-term structural stability and eliminate deformation, guaranteeing the foundational accuracy of every machine.

Sheet Metal Workshop: Dedicated to producing the external cabinetry, electrical enclosures, and internal structural parts. This workshop supports both standard and customized machine configurations.

Fiber Laser Sheet Cutting Machine Assembly Line: A dedicated line for the assembly of our flagship plate cutting systems. This line integrates mechanical assembly, laser source integration, control system installation, and automated loading/unloading system fitting.

Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine Assembly Line: A parallel, specialized line focused on tube cutting systems. It handles the precision assembly of rotary chucks, servo-driven rotary axes, and specialized tube support systems.

Final Assembly & Integration Station: Here, all sub-assemblies converge. The machine is wired, pneumatic and cooling systems are connected, and the core CNC controller and software are installed and synchronized with the laser source and motion system.
2. Precision Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Core

Precision Machining: All critical structural components are machined with tolerances within ±0.05mm, forming the basis for the machine's high X/Y-axis positioning accuracy (±0.05mm) and repetitioning accuracy (±0.03mm).

Rigorous Assembly: The assembly of the motion system, featuring Double Rack & Pinion Transmission on all major axes, is calibrated to achieve smooth operation at max. linkage speeds of up to 100m/min and high acceleration (1G).

Comprehensive Pre-Delivery Testing: Every single machine undergoes a mandatory 120-hour (5-day) uninterrupted full-load test before leaving the factory. This endurance run simulates real-world cutting conditions to validate performance, stability, and reliability, ensuring the machine meets or exceeds customer requirements.
