The QH-12022GA is a CNC tube laser cutting system configured for 12m tube lengths and up to 220mm clamping capacity, built for end-preparation and profile cutting of metallic tubular workpieces.
The QH-12022GA clamps round tubes from Φ10 mm - Φ220 mm and square tubes from 10 * 10 mm - 220 * 220 mm, with a maximum supported tube length of 12m. The machine accepts fiber laser sources in the 3000W - 20000W range, covering carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tube at wall thicknesses from 3-10mm.
The cutting head can be retracted and removed in front of the chuck, allowing the head to avoid the clamping zone and cut the short tail section that a fixed head cannot reach.
Linear positioning and repositioning accuracy on both X and Y axes is held to +/-0.03mm, supporting dimensional repeatability across production batches. The control system is BOCHU and the laser source is MAX, with water cooling for stable thermal performance during long runs.
