The QH-12024GZ is a heavy-duty CNC tube laser cutting system built around a 240mm large chuck and a 12m working length. It is engineered for fabricators who cut large-diameter, long and heavy-wall metal tube and need a machine that holds accuracy under demanding loads.

Large Chuck, Heavy Duty Cutting

The 240mm chuck is the largest in the range. It accepts round tubes up to Φ240mm and square tubes up to 240 × 240mm, covering the heavy structural tube used in construction machinery, heavy furniture, energy and general steel fabrication. Combined with a 3000W–20000W fiber laser source, the machine cuts heavy-wall carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum tube with the power headroom to maintain production speed on thick walls.

Zero-Tailing Cutting

Zero-tailing cutting uses a holder for the last piece of material, preventing the tube tail from falling and being wasted. On large, expensive heavy-wall tube this directly reduces material loss and improves yield on every run.
