Description

The QH 1390 is a fixed-configuration 100W single head CO2 laser engraving and cutting machine with a 1300×900mm working area, set up for acrylic and wood production. The 100W tube cuts 10-15mm acrylic cleanly and handles wood, MDF and plywood at production speeds, while the 10.6µm wavelength is absorbed efficiently by these non-metallic materials so edges come out smooth and engraving stays crisp.

The single head keeps one beam path and one focus lens set, which simplifies alignment and reduces consumable cost. Taiwan linear guide rails and Leadshine stepper motors deliver 0.025mm resolution and ±0.01mm resetting accuracy; the Ruida control system with LCD screen and USB interface runs standard design files; and the industrial chiller holds the tube at working temperature while the exhaust fan and air pump remove fumes and protect the optics. Pass-through doors allow processing of material longer than the 1300mm bed.
