QH-12012GH 12m 120mm 3000W Zero-Tailing Tube Laser Cutting Machine with Optional Water-Assisted Slag Removal

The QH-12012GH is a long bed tube laser cutting machine for thin to medium wall tube in continuous production. A 12 metre loading length cuts full stock lengths in one pass, and the zero tailing design keeps waste on the last section to a minimum. The 3000W laser source delivers fast cycle times on 10-120mm tube, and optional water-assisted slag removal flushes molten dross out of the bore so the inner wall stays clean for welding and coating.

Laser cutting of steel tube leaves molten dross that sticks to the inner wall of the tube and to the lower edge of the kerf. The water-assisted slag removal unit is an optional module: a controlled water flow is delivered along the tube bore and at the cut zone, quenching the molten dross and flushing it out of the tube before it can weld onto the inner surface. The result is a clean tube bore and a dross-free cut edge, so downstream welding, threading, coating and assembly need far less grinding and cleaning. Water is recovered and recirculated by the chiller circuit, so consumption stays low in continuous production.

Note: water-assisted slag removal, bevel cutting, zero tailing cutting, head removable around chuck and weldseam identification are all optional functions and can be selected independently according to the tube size, wall thickness and downstream process.

All models below use the same optional water-assisted slag removal module, which flushes molten dross out of the tube bore so the inner wall and cut edge stay clean before welding, threading or coating. Loading length covers 6m to 12m and chuck range covers 120mm to 320mm.
